Due to Covid-19 precautions, if your child will need to take medication at school please call or email the nurse to schedule an appointment to bring in the medication. An RMA Medication Authorization Form (attached) completed by the doctor and signed by the parent/guardian is required before we can accept any medications.
Also, we encourage all students with emergency medications such as Epi-pens, inhalers (preferably with spacers), and diabetic supplies to ask the doctor about a self-carry authorization (attached) so your child can have the medication with them.
An appt must be made to drop off medications, it is very important that you do not send any medication with your child to school.
Lastly, if you are the parent/guardian of a 20-21 7th Grader, please be sure your proof of immunization has been submitted.
