Summer Learning Materials Each grade level has a book that they will be expected to read over summer, as well as a written paragraph responding to the summer text. Each grade level also has a Google Classroom which includes digital copies of the assignments, as well as optional enrichment/extra credit opportunities with the book in different subject areas. The writing assignment will be submitted to their ELA teacher for grading; all other activities are optional.
