Summer Learning Materials Each grade level has a book that they will be expected to read over summer, as well as a written paragraph responding to the summer text. Each grade level also has a Google Classroom which includes digital copies of the assignments, as well as optional enrichment/extra credit opportunities with the book in different subject areas. The writing assignment will be submitted to their ELA teacher for grading; all other activities are optional.

7th Grade - TDAP Requirement The State of Florida requires proof of Tdap immunization on all students entering 7th grade in 2024-25. This proof must be on the official State of Florida Form DH-680 which is obtained from your doctor’s office or the Health Department.It is recommended that you complete this requirement before the end of their 6th-grade year to avoid any risk of your child’s exclusion from school next year.Once you have received this form, make sure it indicates that Tdap was given and submit it to the school nurse. (must be received prior to the first day of school)See attached for more info!
24-25 Sports Information If your child has any interest in playing any sport this year (including tryouts), your child will need a physical on file. We must have this on file prior to attending tryouts. Physicals MUST also be updated annually. Please consult your physician regarding the completion of an EL2 form which is available school website!
24-25 Standby Bus Registration Please register only if your child has already been accepted for 24-25 or is a return student.
