About Me
I graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelors in Psychology and from the University of Guam with a Masters in Counseling. I have been a School Counselor for over 20 years and also have classroom teaching experience. I am also currently a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with the State of Florida. My expertise is in academic, behavioral, and mental health intervention and I have worked with all ages from kindergarten to 12th grade. My passion is helping middle school students and their parents navigate through the middle school landscape and teaching strategies for how to deal with stress, anxiety, and social situations so they can have the best experience possible in middle school and beyond.
