Heather Godfrey
Hello, my name is Heather Godfrey and I am one of the Pre-Algebra and Honors Algebra teachers. I have taught for about 5 years in the subject of math. In reality, I have taught Pre-Algebra and Algebra to friends and family since I was 12 years old which is why I became interested in being a teacher. Many of you might hear about me from your students who tell you I am the Anime Teacher. I have loved Japanese Animation and the culture since I was ten years old. I went to Japan once for two weeks as a student ambassador and decided then I was going to live in Japan when I was 80 years old. I may love math but I tell my students all the time they don’t have to, but they must understand it. To hate something means that you might be blind to the beauty it might hold.
